Bessie & DeYea Norcott

This is a 4 1/2"x 2 3/4" sepia postcard print of Bessie Norcott Corson with her father DeYea Norcott. It was not postally used. I'm guessing from the clothing that the photo was taken around 1915 like the photos in the previous 2 posts.

Judging from Bessie's attire, this photo was taken on the same day (1915?) as the photo in the previous post (Bessie & Marge). It measures 4 1/2"x 2 1/2". I have no information on the location of the photo.

Bessie & Marge Corson

This small print features Bessie Norcott with her daughter (my grandmother) Marjorie Arline Corson. It is roughly 3" x 2 1/2" with uneven edges. Since Marge appears to be around 5 years old at the time of this photo, I will guess that this was probably taken in the Fall of 1915.

Bessie Norcott Corson is the young lady on the far left. The image with mat measures 5 3/4"x 4". She appears to be in her early 20s. I have no information on the other 2 women in the photograph. If anyone has any information, please contact me.

Bessie Norcott Corson#4

This is my favorite photo of my Great Grandmother Bessie. The image is approximately 4"x 3"; the mat is 6 1/2"x 5". I have no idea who wrote "Bess Norcott" in ink directly on the image; that is unfortunate. The back of the mat has the notation "Nov 1900 18 yrs old". I'm guessing this was her high school graduation photo.

This is the same photo featured in Bessie Norcott #2. It is also encased in a frame (2 1/2" in diameter) and can not be removed making scanning difficult. Unlike the photo in the previous post, this one is in black and white. No other information is available about these photos.

Bessie Norcott Corson #2

This undated, hand tinted photo is encased in a hexagonal frame that measures 3 1/2" in diameter.

It's difficult to see the detail in this scan. It was not possible to remove the photo from the frame for scanning; therefore, this image is slightly distorted.

James & Bessie Corson

This is a photo of James and Bessie Corson in their senior years. Unfortunately, we are unable to see James' face clearly. It looks like this was also taken in their backyard, maybe on the same day as the previous photo with the rabbits.

Sarah Corson Photo #4

This is an undated photo measuring roughly 3 1/4" by 5 1/2"; the lower lefthand corner is cut off. Sarah Corson is seated in the center. My great grandmother, Bessie Norcott Corson, is on the right. If anyone knows who the other 3 women are, please contact me.
